Ans Had panic attacks, trouble sleeping, and would avoid social situations. It
was hard to talk about it."
Q2 What treatment did you undergo, and how did it help?"
Ans "I started practicing meditation and joined a support group. Talking with
people who understood helped a better
Q3 How long has been your treatment going on ?
Ans I started my treatment in the year 2022 so it’s been 3 years
Q4 How has life changed for you now?"
Ans "I don’t have panic attacks as often, and I sleep much better. My family
also understands me more now, which has made a big difference.”

Q1 What made you realize you needed help for your eating disorder?"
Ans "I was constantly feeling guilty about eating, and it started affecting my
health. I didn’t want to keep hiding this anymore."

response noticed? "
Ans yes ,psychotherapy this therapy gave me tools to accept myself and build a
healthy relationship with food. It was a long process, but worth it."

Ans: "They see me enjoying meals without guilt, and I’ve gained some weight,
which makes me feel stronger."

Ans: "It’s exhausting. I have repetitive thoughts and rituals that I feel I must
complete. It disrupts my routine."

Ans: "I’ve been on medications for about 7 months. It helps a little, but I know
there’s still a long way to go."

Q3: "How are you feeling about the progress so far?"


Ans: "There hasn’t been a big change yet, but I’m hopeful. I’ll continue
working on it with my doctor."

Ans: "I was withdrawn, always tired, and didn’t want to spend time with
anyone. I couldn’t sleep well either."

Anita: "I’ve been going for psychotherapy and taking medication for three years
now."
Q3: "What positive changes have you noticed in yourself?"
Ans: "I feel closer to my family again, and I sleep better. I’ve learned to open up
about how I feel, which has been a big relief."
