    I am writing to express my keen interest in the Program Assistant position at the World Food
    Programme. With extensive experience in program coordination, humanitarian work, and
    conflict resolution, combined with my educational background in International Relations, I am
    eager to contribute to your organization's mission of providing food assistance to those in need.

    In my role as Accountant and Receptionist at Chuna Preparatory, I successfully prepared


    financial statements, managed accounts, and ensured regulatory compliance. These
    responsibilities required exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
    collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. These experiences have equipped me with the
    adaptability and efficiency necessary to excel in dynamic and challenging environments.

    My academic journey in International Relations, majoring in Foreign Policy and Diplomacy, has
    enhanced my understanding of global challenges and strengthened my ability to advocate for
    marginalized communities. I am skilled in facilitating inclusive dialogue, mitigating conflicts,
    and fostering collaboration among diverse groups to achieve sustainable solutions.

    I am particularly drawn to the World Food Programme's dedication to alleviating hunger and
    malnutrition worldwide. I am confident that my expertise in program management, stakeholder
    engagement, and conflict resolution will enable me to contribute meaningfully to your team and
    mission.
    As I am completing my university studies in April 2025, I am actively seeking a placement
    opportunity of 3 days per week to gain practical experience and contribute to your organization's
    mission. Upon graduation, I am eager to commence full-time work in April 2025.I believe this
    dedication will allow me to further develop my skills and contribute meaningfully to your
    organization's initiatives.
