8. Imagine you’re managing my inbox and come across an urgent email from a
customer/client. How would you handle it?
9. I’ve been told that one of the biggest challenges for someone hiring an
executive assistant is to let go and embrace the new level of support (i.e.
stop doing things you are used to doing and let someone else handle the
details). For example, relative to my emails, what would likely be something
you would tell me to stop doing on Day 1? What are your thoughts on this?

Exercise 1
Objective: Draft a LinkedIn post using what you know about our company. The post
is intended to spark interest and generate leads. I have provided a few pictures for
you to consider using. Be prepared to present your draft and discuss your
approach.

Exercise 2
Objective: Observe the update process for Microsoft PowerBI dashboards and
confirm both the understanding and ability to complete the task if delegated.

Exercise 3
Objective: Similar to #1 above, update the master list of credit card transactions
with the most recent list of transactions following the instructions on tab 1 of the
master list workbook.
Give feedback on instructions provided and any suggestions you may have to
improve the process. What questions do you have, if any?
Exercise 4
Objective: Update the “Master List” of customer contact information using the
information ion the file named “New List”.
Be prepared to explain what steps were taken and why. What questions do you
have, if any?
