    The following are the requirements for using the Oliver Technologies, Inc. – 1100 “V” Series All
    Steel Foundation System:

    x Approved for HUD coded homes ONLY


    x Homes must not be located within 1500 feet of the coast
    x Approved for Wind Zone 1, 2 and 3
    x Maximum pier height 48 inches
    x Maximum sidewall height 96 inches
    x Maximum sidewall overhang/eave 16 inches
    x Vertical tiedowns must be used at all connection points furnished/required by the
    manufacturer along the sidewall and marriagewall
    x Max roof pitch 7/12
    x Soil conditions must equal or exceed 4B
