Writing : an informal letter 40, Agdal streets, Sidi Slimane April 17th, Dear friend, How are you ? I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to tell you about m’y eating habits. you can't imagine how important for us to take care of our health. As for me I feel that I maintain a habit of proper diet. For example, I avoid eating fast food because it will neither provide us healthy food value, nor it will keep us fit. It rather causes serious illnesses. Also, I always take breakfast, dinner and lunch at proper time and in right quantity. I only take what the body needs.More importantly, I regularly do physical exercises to stay healthy.
