    Problem : Engine Failure To Start


    Date Failure Occurred: 10th December 2022
    Problem : Engine Unable To Start
    Description :
    Machine suddenly shut down during travel on road.
    Engine cranking sound seen ok but engine unable to start-up.
    No smoke came out from the exhaust

    Error code pop up :


    651/11 - Electric malfunction. Injector no.1
    652/11 - Electric malfunction. Injector no.2
    653/11 - Electric malfunction. Injector no.3
    654/11 - Electric malfunction. Injector no.4
    655/11 - Electric malfunction. Injector no.5
    656/11 - Electric malfunction. Injector no.6

    1 Check for any clogged and clean the fuel line Fuel line normal. No
    system clogged

    2 Checked fuel filter condition, checked for dirt Fuel filter ok & normal
    3 Checked fuses All fuses in good condition
    4 Checked continuity cabling between engine No open circuit found.
    control unit (ECM) and injector Continuity ok

    5 Checked ohm value on the solenoid injector All solenoid ohm reading :
    1.2 ohm (seen normal)
    6. Replaced assy pump Assy pump strong and
    tight
    7 Replace fuel filter’s valve
    8 Replaced new battery N120 2 pcs
