Having 8+ years of rich experience in HL and LAP loans which in-turn leads to business
development, Sales and Marketing, Credit underwriting, Technical, Legal and Operations exposure,

Professional Experience:
Currently working in ICICI HFC LTD as Territory Business Manager from
30.10.18 to till date and the responsibilities for the same are mentioned
hereunder;
 Responsible for business generation of Home loan and Lap loan sales through the souring team,
channel Partners, like DSA and referral partners, builders and direct market.
 Empanelment of the Chanel Partners and giving the training to the channel partners on periodic
basis about our policy, products and process.
 Engaging/meeting Chanel partners and builders in the market, maintaining the good
relationship the Chanel partners & Builders, empanelment new Chanel partners, activating
inactive Chanel partners.
 Verticals-Sales, Credit, Operation, Technical & Legal and collection will be reporting to TBM. We
all are working in under one roof to see the end to end process faster-Decision-technical-Legal-
disbursement-collection. Responsible for getting the files to decide and disburse on time.
 Hand holding sales people and giving training on policy and product, process and making them
productive in terms sourcing files from the market through the Chanel partners, builders and
direct market. Traveling and guiding sourcing team to make them active and giving knowledge
about process, product, policy and market
 Hand Holding of Credit and operation, technical team to decide the files on time and giving the
support in terms deciding the files, giving one paper note on underwriting high value proposals,
file management, portfolio quality & management of branch hygiene
 Discussion with credit operation team for timely disbursement of dockets, collection PDD and
making entry and send docket, PDD and files to Rops for safe custody.
 Monitoring log in files, decisions and disbursement. Discussing about log ins, decisions,
Technical & Legal on daily basis with all team members are coming together at evening
 Lend to collect-delinquency management to maintain healthy portfolio and in charge of
collections in the territory and monitoring/collecting Field referral, Direct Field referral cases,
Bk X, Bk 1, Bk2 &3 and NPA cases through the collection team and souring team and daily
monitoring the collection payments and to see the PTP are converted into payments.
 Taking position of of NPA cases, issuing 13-2, 13-4, Handover of cheque bounce notices Sec 125.

 Identifying and hiring suitable man power for Sales, Credit, Operation, Technical and Collection
from market.

Previously worked as Credit Manager in HDFC Bank Ltd for a period of


Years from Nov.14 to Oct.18 and the responsibilities are hereunder;
 Underwriting of mortgage loans-Home, LAP, Affordable loans, Micro Lap, Balance transfers, Top
up, NRI and KGC proposals.
 Underwriting and analysis of Residential &commercial and revenue generating collateral
proposals(institutional, college & school, lodge properties.
 Underwriting & Analysis of Self employed (ITS) and Self Employed professionals (Doctors,

 Making timely Credit decisions by studying the complete profiles and using enablers like APS,
LOS, Finfort and Perfios tools.
 Conducting PD at Business place for the all SENP & SEP case sat Businesses place and telephonic
interview for the salaried case. Develop deep understanding of credit culture across assigned
geography
 Develop and execute debt management strategy & collections ad tracking and maintaining
portfolio quality and credit process
 Achieving the month on month TAT, Visits and Productivity and Self-appraise cases requiring
expertise as per the authority matrix

operations- Disbursement (dockets), LAN generation process and cheque printing of

from April.13 to Nov.14 and the responsibilities are hereunder;
 Dealing with farmers about agri loans which are suitable to their needs offered by the Bank and
getting NTB customer-New to Bank. Sourcing agri leads and converting them into agri proposal
 Completing the documentation within the TAT and Timely execution and transfer of the
documents to the Ops HUB. Conducting pre sanction visits and post sanction visits field
inspection
 Giving service to the customer which is most important in agri department as a retail agri
operations officer
 Review/Renewal of expired loan accounts will be done on time to time. Achieving
review/renewal month on month budgets and approving renewal call memos on time
 Solving Audit query which raised by the HUB on time
 Transferring the original documents to HUB for safe custody
 Follow-up with customers about overdue loan account and visiting the NPA customer to
understand the situation

Worked as a Credit Manager in NATRUST (National Trust Housing


Finance limited) for a period of 1 year from June.12 to April 13 and the
responsibilities are hereunder;
 Credit training given on policy, product and process to branch credit peoples as well CO credit
and prepared credit manual for home loans
 Worked as a single point of contact between corporate office and Branches and worked as
consultant to branches and as well customers about loan sanction and disbursement
 Daily work on sanction and disbursement of loans and made credit analysis report and reported
