    Subject: Proposal to be a Co-organizing/Sponsor institution for the “Bhavotsava” Gurugram Literature
    Festival.
    Respected Sir/Madam,
    Art, literature, and music hold an indispensable place in enriching human life, making it joyful and
    purposeful. While material progress has brought us countless achievements, true fulfilment and inner
    harmony can only be attained through the appreciation and practice of creative arts and literature. These
    mediums serve as bridges, connecting us with ourselves and fostering meaningful connections with
    society. Without them, our lives remain incomplete, devoid of genuine happiness and contentment.
    It is in this spirit of self-discovery and societal harmony that “Bhavotsava” Gurugram Literature Festival
    has been envisioned. Its goal is to offer a platform for artistic and literary personalities to share their
    work with the community and celebrate the Confluence of Art, Music, and Literature.
    The festival is scheduled to be held during the second week of February 2025 at Gurugram University.

    Objective
    The Gurugram Literature Fest aims to celebrate literature, culture, and creativity by bringing together
    authors, poets, artists, and literary enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds. The fest seeks to foster a love
    for reading, writing, and creative expression, while providing a platform for meaningful dialogues and
    networking opportunities.

    Key Highlights
    Date and Duration: 3-day event proposed from 14th Feb to 16th Feb 2025.
    Venue: Gurugram University
    Target Audience: Authors, Students, Academicians, Publishers, Art and Literary enthusiasts from
    every sect of society.
    Expected Audience: 45000-50000 participants.
