A. Introduction:
• IBA International Business Academy, Kolding, Denmark.

• Course -
i. BSc (Honours) in International Business Management.
ii. Master of Business Administration in General Management

• Intake – UG program September and PG program February and September.

B. Denmark study requirements:


• 3 years gap acceptable for both courses.
• Undergraduate Degree: 65% minimum in the Standard 12th standard examination. GPA
2.6 and above. The equivalent of IELTS 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5, and PTE 52
with sub score 45.
• Post Graduate Degrees: Students must have a three-year bachelor's and obtained at least a
Second Class/ 45% or better. The equivalent of IELTS 6.5 overall with no band below 5.5,
and PTE 58 with sub score 45. Minimum 2 years of full-time managerial work experience.
• UG Admission requirements: Duration: 3 years. Tuition: All students regardless of their
citizenship – DKK 75,000/year (DKK 225,000 total).
• PG Admission requirements: Duration: 14 months. Tuition fee for the MBA programme
is: The total tuition fee is DKK 130,000 for the whole programme – you can pay it in 2
instalments. The first instalment is DKK 90,000 and the second - DKK 40,000. However,
if you wish to pay the total amount upfront, you will get a discount. Your total tuition fee
will then be DKK 115,000 for the whole programme.

C. List of documents for admission process:


• Passport
• 10 & 12 certificate and transcripts
• Bachelor degree certificates and transcript
• CV European style (Must have student full name, address, correct email address, mobile
number, dates in///mm/yy format and no gap of more than 6 months)
• Two reference letters for PG courses and one reference for UG courses
• Personal statement and SOP both are different. Required with no plagiarism
• Language proficiency documents
• Any previous visa refusal letters
• Digital Passport size photo white background
• 2-year full time managerial experience (Mandatory for PG Course – Mentioning role &
responsibility, duration, registration number, stamp, office email, website, location, and
European format without plagiarism).

D. Next stage - Admission process:


1. Application fee payment.
2. Selection on documentation basis.
3. Selection on an interview basis.
4. Offer letter is released.
5. NOC approved.
6. Start the visa process: Individual or Depended applicant. Different case order id amount for
applications.
7. Tuition & Visa fee payment. Fill the ST1 Part 1 & 2 visa processing form with additional
fees.
8. Submission of documentation at VFS.
9. Visa processing result maximum 3 months or nearby.

E. Additional information:
• Application will be processed only after the payment to IBA. Opening of payment portal
system will be inform to agents before IBA deadline for non-EU nations. Therefore,
agents have to hold the application till deadline, and be ready with the International dollar
card payment options.
• Please inform the student to take selection process for admission seriously. Recent pass
out bachelor degrees are not eligible. Minimum 2 years or more managerial position
required.
• Once the applicant receives the IBA offer letter, applicants should be ready with the
tuition fee and visa processing process. Visa processing minimum 2/3 months before
course starting dates.
• Dependent have to apply separately. IBA will assist only the applicant on visa processing.
Dependent can work full time. Need bank statement and certificate for visa processing for
both applicants separately.
• No need of medical test and medical insurance.
• Any indirect communication on university admission from students will result in no
commission to agents, and also create issues. Contact UniApply admission before
communicating to the university.
• Please note that UniApply LLC does not guarantee acceptance to student’s programs of
choice.
• If there are huge applicants, admission will be deferred to the next intake.
• There will be limited assistance from UniApply on Denmark visa application process.
Agency has to prepare for visa processing by itself.
