    Since I have completed my degree Education I was literally confused, that from where I can pursue
    my higher education from a prestigious university. I wasted almost a year searching an exalted
    institution which can satisfied me in my interested field.
    A few day ago, I pass by an advertisement of your prestigious university and my happiness knows no
    bound when I came to know that you are offering MPhil degree on “Educational leadership and
    management” as this is my favorite field in education, without wasting time I applied.
    Now I am very much interested in having admission in LUMS, I have already graduated in 2018 from
    International Islamic university, Islamabad, holding a degree in MA Education, securing 3.37 CGPA.
    That two-year program in MA Education has ultimately formed the foundation of my perseverance in
    achieving a deep knowledge in the field of education. During two year of my graduation, I went
    through the experience of creating a research proposal, after getting that acknowledgment at work I
    am interested in carrying on with my studies.
    My purpose of seeking a degree in “Educational leadership and management” is to expend my
    knowledge of theory and research methods as it pertains to education. I especially want to improve
    my research skills as I feel that the important of gaining research skills is imperative to become a life
    long learner and developing intellectual self-actualization as I prepare myself for a career in
    educational leadership and management.
    My view of educationist is that of a reformist and I have an interest in the improvement of education
    system specially in my hometown Chitral. As a student I have face my issues in school as well as in
    college life, so I can understand today’s generation problems which creating distress in students,
    although I have struggled hard to get myself out of this situation, but still I remember the stressful
    days. So, my goals include taking full advantage of this degree to fine-tune and learn more about
    research skills. I want to develop a concise understanding of leadership and the education profession
    and to develop a proper education system in chitral.to experience student problems and discuss
    pressing issues in our educational institutions today and how to plan on changing them for tomorrow.
    Now I am eager to become a more prolific leader for my community. At the heart of career aims is my
    answering desire to help Students learn and better themselves, not noting them to become positive
    contributors to society and to increase my grasp of an understanding of the fundamental areas of
    educational leadership such as administration, planning, organizing, and refine to my existing
    leadership skills. I believe that I acquit myself satisfactorily in the prospective MPhil program in
    education that I am currently endeavoring to apply for. Throughout my whole time of education as a
    student and teacher, I have come to realize that there are many facets of education that needs to be
    altered for the good of our students and teacher. Hence my desire to become an educational leader is
    real, I seek to gain knowledge that will enhance my ability to bring peaceful change and modification
    to the education system in Chitral.
    I am confidant that degree from prestigious LUMs would help me make conscientious progress
    towards my professional goals. I believe this degree from this superior university will give me the
    necessary knowledge, skill and tool to become an effective educational leader.
    Hopefully I will have the opportunity to become a LUMINITE and I am extremely confidant that my
    experience at LUMs will provide the skills and unforgettable experience that I could not attain
    anywhere else.
