A & A Global Leasing Services Limited is a duly registered company in Nigeria in the business of Logistics
and Haulage. We take pride in partnering with reputable companies for the goal of achieving set
objectives and reducing cost. Our team is made up of young, dynamic, and resourceful professionals with
broad business knowledge to meet the challenges of the company’s objectives of providing quality
product and services. The company enjoys full participation of executive directors with proven ability in

A & A Global leasing serves a parent body to a few other companies. Few of which are listed below which
are into several other activities

- ALPHA LEASING NIG LTD is a company registered by the corporate affairs commission of Nigeria to carry
out various businesses such as General merchandise and trading, Haulage and Logistics, Fleet
Management, Constructions, General Logistics Support Services, and general supplies.

- International Alpha Limited, focuses on fleet management of lighter vehicles

- Connecticus Nigeria Limited is an indigenous company with a diverse business portfolio, we primarily
engaged in power generation & transmission equipment supplies, trading and marketing of refined
petroleum products, provision of oil and gas support services, to name a few.

- FHT Mega Express Limited registered as the manufacturing arm of the group with the aim of going into
the production of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), supply and general merchandise. We are presently
working to set up a world class manufacturing MSG plant in Nigeria which will be the first of its kind in
Africa.

KEY PERSONNEL

Dr. O. YOMI – SHOLOYE - MD/CEO


A 1990 graduate of Business Administration and Master’s degree holder; she started her working career
with the then PAN OCEAN OIL CORPORATION and later joined TEXACO OVERSEAS NIGERIA PETROLEUM
COMPANY UNLIMITED now known as Chevron Oil Nigeria Plc where she voluntarily elected to resign to
actualize her business vision.
She was a recipient of an outstanding contributor award while at Texaco Overseas Nigeria Petroleum
Company Unlimited and so many other awards.
She has successfully managed the company increasing the scope in the areas of profit-making and asset
value.

She is a member of several international and local professional bodies including American Management
Association (AMA), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Society For Human Resources
Management, USA (SHRM), Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), etc.

ABAYOMI OLADAPO YOMI-SHOLOYE – Executive Director:

Dapo Yomi-Sholoye is a graduate of Business Administration from Babcock University, a seasoned and
Certified Business administrator and strategy Professional with years of practical experience in Haulage
and logistics Management, Strategic Business Solution, Project supervision and management, Transport
and Operations Management, Health & Safety to mention few.

He is vibrant, proactive, visionary, and professional in discharging his duties.


He was a Fleet Supervisor and business analyst at Connecticus Nigeria Limited in 2013 and Head of
Operations at International Alpha Limited in 2014 and currently an Executive Director at A&A Global
Leasing Services Ltd.

He is a member of professional bodies locally and internationally with expertise in operations, marketing,
business development, planning and management.
OMOLARA AKINFOLARIN – Chief Execution Officer (CXO)
Omolara Akinfolarin is an astute professional with 20 years’ experience spanning marketing, finance and
banking in a number of organizations. She has interest in entrepreneurial skill development and pivotal to
ensuring businesses in her portfolio are equipped with tools to succeed.

She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo
University. She is also an Alumnus of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management’s MSME Academy 2017
(MasterCard Scholarship winner)

She also holds a Professional Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice, UK and is an Associate Retail
Banker (ARB 2). She is a UNIDO TRAINED HP LIFE TRAINER.

SHAMS RAZA – Financial Controller


Shams Raza is the Financial Controller for A&A Global Leasing Services Ltd. He is responsible for
managing the company’s financial planning and implementation. He leads a team of finance professionals
specializing in accounting, contracts and cost management, and financial analysis.

Shams Raza, is M.B.A (Finance) & M.Sc. (Mathematics), Mr. Shams has 18 years working experience in Advanced
Management Techniques and Management Information Systems. His strong academic background, personal
initiative, and work experience are an asset.

He has spent more than 14 years in IT, Services and manufacturing sector in a variety of accounting, finance and
management positions in Nigeria He was Dy. General Manager of Delta Steel Company, and Financial Controller at
Nova Track Limited

JULIE COKER – Head of Legal and Company Secretary

A 2011 graduate of Law from the University of Lagos. She started her work career with the Ministry of Justice, Oyo State
where she worked with the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions successfully prosecuting a few criminal trials, before she
moved on to civil and corporate practice with some other leading law firms within Ibadan Oyo State.

She worked as Head of Chambers between 2015-2016 acting as both legal and administrative head for Ogunkeye &
Ogunkeye, a law firm within Ibadan before she voluntarily resigned to pursue her Master's degree at the University of
Lagos.

She currently holds a LL.M from the University of Lagos. Her experience spans across litigation and corporate practice and
administration.

She joined the A&A Global Leasing Services Ltd. as the Head Legal, Compliance and Company Secretary
in 2021.

Julie Coker is an astute corporately inclined advocate with bias for litigation.
PRAKASH RAO – Business Development Manager
Mr. Prakash Rao has over 20 years of executive experience in the telecommunications & IT industry field
in various capacities in Africa and India. Team-oriented leader with international cross cultural
experience spanning strategy, marketing, business development and sales.

He has been actively involved in the planning, design and implementation of business systems &
processes from inception. He has also a Cisco certified network & system administrator equipped with a
Diploma in E- Technology.

PRINCETON CHRISTOPHER GEORGE - Head of Operations


A graduate of - Bachelor of Business Administration seasoned Pursuing a Master’s in Business
Administration (Logistics & Supply Chain Management). He is a brilliant and smart working young man
with technical experience in various fields which includes Logistics and haulage and amongst others.

He has directed operational, maintenance activities, provided technical support and performance monitoring
whilst meeting timelines. He has supported the company with innovative ideas whilst applying precision
maintenance concepts that ensure equipment meets technical standards as required by statutory regulations.
He 29 years of experience in Administration out of that 22 years has Operational Head in Commercial
/Manufacturing and Logistics and haulage.
He has worked international company around the world.

GBENGA ORIOWO, PhD, FCA- Principal Partner/Chief Consultant

Outside his part-time engagement as a Senior Lecturer in the Economics department and Management
Sciences faculty of The Lagos State University, Dr. Gbenga Oriowo brings to the firm fifteen years of
experience from his various escapades.
He has seasoned experience in various areas of management, accounting, financial management,
specifically, business and management development consulting, internal control systems and
computerization of accounting systems.
He joined A&A Global Leasing Services as the company Auditor in 2007
