    PRESENTED BELOW IS A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN


    VJTI CULTURAL GROUP - PRATIBIMB & DAZZLE INNER WEAR

    Purpose
    This MOU will be established between the two organizations in order to simplify the
    workflow of events that are to follow, and lead the way for better understanding and
    partnership between the two parties. This is in reference to the discussion regarding
    associating with 'Cultural Group VJTI - Pratibimb'. Under our association, the following
    deliverables are to be fulfilled by both parties:

    Deliverables by Cultural Group VJTI- Pratibimb:


    Branding of your brand as Official partner of Pratibimb VJTI 2024-25
    Independent post as Official Stall Partner of Pratibimb 2024-25.
    Logo display of your brand on main venue banner.
    10*10 area.
    A stall to be provided.
    Electricity to be provided
    1 Table, 2 Chairs to be provided.

    Deliverables from DAZZLE INNER WEAR:


    INR 15000 to be provided as stall rent.

    This understanding starts as soon as we sign the MoU We hope and look

    Duration
    This MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of authorized personnel.
    This MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials from the
    Cultural Group of VJTI - Pratibimb and Dazzle Inner Wear and will remain in effect until
    modified or terminated by any one of the partners by mutual consent. In the absence
    of mutual agreement by the authorized officials from both parties, this MOU shall end
    on 31st December 2024.

    Note*
    The Cultural Group of VJTI - Pratibimb will take no responsibility for any other
    deliverable not agreed upon in prior and not stated in this MoU.
