    Dear Parent

    This is to inform you that the Pre Board-I Examination for Class X will commence on Thursday,
    05th December 2024. The examination will be a 80 marks written paper consisting of questions of
    different formats (case-based/ situation based, open-ended-short answer/ long answer type)
    following the pattern of sample paper shared by CBSE. The paper will be of 3 hours duration.

    **The exam for Artificial Intelligence will be 50 marks and Painting will be 30 marks. Both will have a
    duration of 2 hours.

    The date sheet for the Pre Board-I Exam is as follows-

    06th December 2024 Friday Artificial Intelligence

    09th December 2024 Monday Mathematics / Painting

    11th December 2024 Wednesday English

    13th December 2024 Friday Hindi / Sanskrit / French

    16th December 2024 Monday Social Science

    Kindly note the following details:

    ● Regular school timings are followed till 3rd December 2024 and will resume from 17th
    December 2024.
    ● 04th December, 10th December and 12th December 2024 are preparatory leaves for
    students.
    ● During the Exam days, students will report to their Classrooms.
    ● Dispersal for students on 06th December 2024 will be at 02:00 p.m owing to ‘Workshop on
    Target 2025 boards’ after the examination.
    ● The syllabus for the Pre-board exams is the complete syllabus given by CBSE for the
    session 2024-25.

    ● During the Pre-Board I examination, (05th Dec 2024 - 16th Dec 2024), the school timings will
    be:
    Reporting time : 07:50 a.m.
    Exam timings : 08:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

    Buses will depart from school at 12:00 noon. Parents of walkers/ van users are requested to
    make necessary arrangements to pick up their ward from Gate No. 1 of the school by 12:00 noon.

    Note:You are requested to clear all dues before the start of PB I Examination.

    Kindly assist your ward to prepare well for the assessments.
