    The mutual transfer is ordered subject to the following conditions:-


    1)The employees will take seniority in the new seniority unit to which they are transferred as per extant orders applicable
    to such mutual transfers i.e. they will either retain their own seniority or the seniority of the other whichever is less in the
    new seniority unit.
    2) As the transfers are ordered at their own request, they are not eligible for transfer grant, joining time etc. on transfer
    account.
    3).They will retain their lien in the parent department till they are permanently absorbed in the seniority unit to which they
    are posted.
    4) They will not seek retransfer to their parent unit/division at a later date.
    5) They should be prepared to serve anywhere in the respective divisions.
    6). They should vacate the Railway Quarters if any under their occupation before being relieved from their present
    station.
    The relieving memorandum /order sparing the employee should have the photograph of the employee pasted on it duly
    attested in the manner viz, the rubber stamp should clearly indicate the name of the Supervisor.
    7). The memorandum should also have the signature of the transferred employee and his left thumb impression both of
    which should be duly attested by the officer signing the memorandum with his name and designation appearing below the
    signature as stipulated in Rly. Board’s letter No.E(NG)-2001/TR 16 dated 21.11.01.
    8) They should be free from DAR/SPE/Vigilance cases on the date of relief.
    The date of relief/joining may be advised to all concerned.
