6. Total investment capital of the project increased from 1,900,000 USD to 2,181,400 USD (Two million one hundred
eighty-one thousand four hundred US dollars), equivalent to 49,690,543,000 VND (Forty-nine billion six hundred ninety
million five hundred forty-three thousand Vietnamese dong). Divided into 02 phases:
- Phase I: Increased from 1,800,000 USD to 2,081,400 USD (Two million eighty-one thousand four hundred US dollars).
- Phase II: 100,000 USD (One hundred thousand US dollars).
Of which, the contributed capital for project implementation is: 1,400,000 USD equivalent to 31,427,200,000 VND
(Thirty-one billion four hundred twenty-seven million two hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong), accounting for 64.2% of
total investment.

8. Investment project implementation schedule:
a) Capital contribution schedule:
Capital contribution schedule: For the capital contribution of 1,000,000 USD from Kajitech Inc.: Until September 2018;
For the capital contribution of 400,000 USD from Kaji Precision Technology Co., Ltd. Dalian: Until January 2019.
b) Basic construction and project operation schedule:
- Phase I:
+ Completion of factory construction and official operation: Until August 2019;
+ For the additional investment of 400,000 USD registered in June 2022: Until December 2022.
+ For the additional investment of 281,400 USD registered in October 2023: Until December 2023.
- Phase II: From July 2025 to December 2025.
Article 2: Investment incentives and support.
The project is entitled to investment incentives and other support (if any) according to the provisions of current laws.
Article 3: Regulations for investors implementing the project
Investors and economic organizations must register for an account and report on the National Foreign Investment
Information System as required by law.
Investors are responsible for complying with the regulations of the law.
Investors and economic organizations must complete the registration procedures for account issuance and report on
the National Information System for Foreign Investment in accordance with legal regulations.

Investors are responsible for complying with legal regulations regarding investment, construction, land use, and
environmental protection; fulfilling all financial obligations to the State (if any) and tax regulations during the
implementation of investment and business activities; being accountable for the accuracy and truthfulness of the
content and data declared in the investment registration dossier; being responsible for mobilizing legal capital sources
to implement the investment project as per legal regulations; adhering to the contents specified in the Investment
Registration Certificate and other relevant legal regulations during the organization and implementation of the
investment project in Ha Nam.

The Management Board of Industrial Parks of Ha Nam Province will decide to suspend or partially suspend the
investment activities of the investment project in cases where the investor does not comply the content of the
Investment Registration Certificate accurately and to those has been administratively penalized for violations but
continues to violate or falls under cases that must cease operations, and terminate the investment project according to
legal regulations during the investment and business activities in Ha Nam.

Article 4: This Investment Registration Certificate is effective from the date of signing and replaces Investment
Registration Certificate No. 4312017891, first issued on June 6, 2018, and adjusted for the seventh time on June 14,
2022, issued by the Management Board of Industrial Zones of Ha Nam Province.

Article 5: This Investment Registration Certificate is made in 02 (two) original copies, with the investor receiving 01
copy, and 01 copy is kept at the Management Board of Industrial Zones of
Ha Nam Province and is published on the National Investment Information
System.
