Our Associate Campaign Managers partner with some of our largest partners and clients and ensure
they are getting the most out of their Grivy investment. You will work with our Campaign Managers to
help clients to maximize their investments on the Grivy platform. You will work closely with our
Account teams to understand client strategies, offering optimal solutions using Grivy’s products and
helping them reach millions of qualified users. Armed with deep knowledge of our product solutions
and our client's marketing objectives, you will advise our clients on growing their business and
maximizing return on their marketing investment. We are all about our clients. In this role, you are an
advisor, coach, and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Grivy. You anticipate how decisions
are made, understand the details of individual campaigns, and persistently explore and uncover the
business needs of your key clients. You are a self-starter with a bias to action and have fantastic team
spirit.
The role will report directly to the Campaign Manager and will be responsible for helping the team to
achieve individual and team targets. The responsibilities:
1. Manage marketing objectives for a specified client portfolio. Work alongside Account teams to
drive business/performance growth through systematic interventions and ensure your client
campaign portfolio sustains effective business growth.
2. Identify growth opportunities across accounts. Support multi-product solution presentations
and work alongside Sales teams to build a growth strategy for prospective advertisers.
3. Understand your client group, peer set, and the industry in which they operate.
4. Develop an understanding of products and tools, and gather and analyze data at an account,
campaign, and industry level.
5. Support and monitor account growth through implementing campaign solutions; build
campaigns for customers, monitor and optimize for performance to work towards customer
marketing objectives.
6. Provide account and campaign servicing for a portfolio of accounts for select performance
products.
7. Identify clients’ business objectives and challenges to assess needs accurately, working
together to create campaign management plans for account optimization.
8. Anticipate business growth challenges and identify and lead opportunities/programs that need
to be initiated. Manage the day-to-day stakeholders and operations with limited guidance.
9. Are a confident operator and manager to run campaigns, including go-live preparation,
reporting, and optimization.
10. Provide practitioner insights to influence product and servicing. Support internal teams by
providing feedback and formulating product asks relevant to client and market needs.
11. Support the Product team by setting up test campaigns, and participate in testing for new
product and feature releases.
The qualifications:
1. You have a high degree of ownership and are a self-starter with a drive to take initiative
2. Outstanding writing skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
3. Analytical skills and problem solver
4. Strong planning and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
5. An MBA
6. You have lived and/or studied abroad and/or achieved something exceptional (personal or
work-related).
7. A startup mentality.
