    PROJECT.
    ROLES:

     Identifying the post abortion care and comprehensive abortion care services clients at the health facility
     Explaining survey objectives and procedures to the participants and interpret survey questions to help the
    participants understand the questions.
     Consenting the eligible participants.
     Filling in the survey based on the information provided by the client and the medical records.
     Keeping the information confidential, one should not discuss the participant response with
    friends, relatives or other participants.
     Any other related activity requested by the project coordinator.
