    RESULT OF THE MEETING

    The meeting started at 11:30am in the afternoon with a short prayer led by Marvin Delacruz,
    SK Chairperson and it was presided by Hon. Marvin D. Dela Cruz, the SK Chairperson. To be followed
    by reading of the previous minutes of meeting and its approval was moved by Hon. Gerald V. Docot
    and duly seconded by Hon Hon. Gerald V. Docot Next, the reading of provisional agenda and
    approving of provisional and additional agenda and Hon. Leonel M. Trogon moved to proceed and
    duly seconded by Hon. Vincent R. Guardiano The SK Chairperson encourages the SK to be more
    productive not only in Planning of Activities. Additionally, there’s unfinished business to be settled.

    The first agenda is about Barangay San Pedro Youth Code consist of; a. youth b. out of school youth,
    c.in school youth, d. youth organization, e. youth serving organization, f. YORP, g. Barangay youth
    organization, h. Barangay youth advisory council, i. Barangay youth coordinator, j. PYDP K. LYDP
    moved Hon. Leonel M. Trogon by and seconded by Hon. Gerald V. Docot.

    The Second Agenda is about Year End Tournament year end tournament with the billiards and chess
    facilatators. Tournament is 1. MOBILE LEGEND: (a).Open Division tournament (16 teams) (b).
    Barangay (8 teams) 2. Call of Duty Mobile Tournament: (a). Open Division (16 teams) (b). Barangay (8
    teams) 3.Chess Tournament (a). Open Division (32 Participants) (b.) Cabusao (16 Participants). 4.
