1. ALLOTMENT LETTER in your title has been dispatched to your correspondence address. In order to have a
ready reference, soft copy of the same is enclosed. We request you to review the following in the Allotment
letter:
2. Appended is a run through the important milestones till Possession of your Unit.
a) Payment- In order to save time and hassles we suggest to make online payment of your dues as per
your payment plan (demand letter), in the following Project Bank A/c. Post remittance, pls. share 6 digit
UTR No., Date & Amount with us at [email protected] (please mention your project and unit
number in the subject line) so that we can track the payment and update against your Unit Ledger
subsequently.
b) TDS-As per Finance Act of 2013, TDS is applicable on transfer of immovable property, wherein the
consideration value & other charges of the property together exceeds or is equal to Rs.50 lakhs. For all
such transactions TDS should be deducted by the purchaser of the property at the time of making
payment of sale consideration as per the prevailing government rates.
I. You are requested to deduct applicable TDS while making the payment to us & share with us duly
signed Form16B in order to enable us to pass on the credit to you.
The next step from M3M India Pvt Ltd would be to send you triplicate (03) copies of BBA to your
correspondence address within 07 working days of the Allotment Letter. We would like to apprise that the
Project M3M ATRIUM 57 is RERA Registered and as per the provisions of the Act, it is mandatory to get the
Builder Buyer Agreement Registered with the authorities within 90 days of issuance and execution of the
BBA.
The below points will help us seamlessly execute and register your BBA.
a) All Applicant(s) to sign on all the pages in Black ink & return all 03 copies to us.

a) Please mention your Unit no, Project Name in the subject line when emailing at

d) Although, we prefer mode to communication to be via email and phone, Should a personal meeting be
required, a prior appointment would be appreciated.
