using the best ingredients possible. we leave out the nasty stuff like artificial flavours,
colouring and preservatives, so that you can enjoy the heartwarming, simple flavours in
our European cakes and breads. we have taken a back-to-basics approach, where all our
bakes are lovingly crafted from scratch, then gently warmed in a stone oven we brought
from Sweden.
