Subject: English Topic: Propaganda
Grade: 5

The lesson about is propaganda in the subject of English, teacher used visual aids,
learning materials, and instructional materials in her teaching the learning for them to easily
understand the lesson. While observing my resources teacher on how she presents her learning
resources is excellent that she did it well, it means that she masters her job in teaching her
learners. When it’s come to the response of the learners, if the teacher ask about the lesson it
their response is shows attentiveness, and understanding about the lesson meaning they are
eager to learned about that lesson.

In a classroom setting, it is important to recognize and address the individual


differences among students to effectively meet their needs and facilitate their
learning. The principle of individual differences emphasizes that every student is
unique and possesses different abilities, learning styles, and strengths. As a teacher,
it is my responsibility to implement various methods and strategies to cater to the
needs of both high and low achievers in my class.

One essential strategy that I will remember in the future is differentiation. This
involves tailoring instruction and activities to meet the diverse needs of students. For
high achievers, I will provide opportunities for extension and enrichment activities to
challenge them and promote further learning. This can include advanced reading
materials, research projects, or hands-on experiments. For low achievers, I will offer
additional support and resources to help them catch up and succeed. This may
involve extra practice, one-on-one tutoring, or modified assignments.

In conclusion, with the principle of individual differences in mind, it is


essential to implement various methods and strategies to meet the needs of both
high and low achievers in the classroom. By differentiating instruction, utilizing
flexible grouping, incorporating formative assessment, and employing a variety of
teaching strategies, I can ensure that all students are able to succeed and reach
their full potential. It is important to recognize and value the unique abilities and
strengths of each student to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Entering the room: Arrive at 7:00 am before the flag ceremony starts at 7:20 am, then after that
they go to their respective rooms where they start their classes by greetings their classmates and
teacher.

Submitting assignment: Teacher starts to collect the assignment from the previous discussion.

Before the class: After the teacher collects the assignment if she gives, learners will start the
prayer.

During the class: Teacher delivers the lesson to the learners where teacher and learners have
interaction where it called students centered.

Asking/Answering the questions: Teacher starts to ask questions regarding what they learn from
the lesson. Then the teacher gives a quiz to see if they learn.

Ending the class: After the end of class the teacher gives an assignment regarding the lesson,
and after that teacher will say goodbye to the learners and start for the next subject or next subject
teacher.

 These are my procedures that I have crafted for my remote learning, where to make it
smooth the flow of schooling of learners. This will be a guide or flow of class everyday of
schooling.
