A. What is a word processor?


⮚ Software for producing, editing, formatting, and printing text documents is called
a word processor. It provides a number of text manipulation capabilities,
including paragraph formatting, text alignment, spell check, and font adjustments.
Apple Pages, Google Docs, and Microsoft text are all well-known text
processors. Word processors, as opposed to basic text editors, enable more
sophisticated formatting, including the addition of tables, pictures, and other
components to documents to enhance its appearance and professionalism.

⮚ Strong computer skills give students the tools they need to thrive in a
technologically advanced society and increase their chances of success in a
variety of industries.
