B. CONCESSION IN POS MACHINE AND YMA QR/ BHARAT QR WITH TAP & PAY WITH SOUND BOX MONTHLY RENTAL,
BASIC SERVICE CHARGES AND MDR FOR GOLD, DIAMOND AND PLATINUM CURRENT ACCOUNT VARIANTS, AND
CONCESSIONS IN CMP: e-PAYMENT & e-COLLECTION FOR DIAMOND AND PLATINUM CURRENT ACCOUNT VARIANTS
POS and YMA QR/ BHARAT QR WITH TAP & PAY WITH SOUND BOX Offering:
a. Concession will be available subject to minimum transaction amount of Rs. 2 lacs per months per POS/QR/YMA/Sound
Box.
b. In case of failure of minimum transaction through POS machine or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound
Box, Bank will recover percentage of rental recovery, as ‘Penalty’, which will be proportionate to the percentage shortfall
in transaction commitment. For example: A customer with a Diamond variant account takes 2 POS machines or YMA QR/
Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box. At the end of 6 months, customer has routed transactions worth Rs.18 lacs
(i.e. Rs.1.50 lacs / month per POS/QR/Soundbox/YMA), then 25% of the applicable rental for the 2 POS
machine/YMA/QR/Soundbox, will be recovered as penalty for this period.

ii. Concessions in POS machine or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box and CMP services are available to both ETB & NTB
customers.
iii. The concession will not be applicable for ‘Multi Acquiring Facility’ and customers who do not have ‘Settlement Account’ with the bank.
iv. These concessions will not be clubbed with any other concessions. However, the power delegated to CGMs and GMs (NW) for concessions
in POS/ YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box will continue for other accounts as well as for giving concessions beyond the
limit stipulated for the variants in this Circular.
v. For implementing concessions in existing POS machines or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box, branches will obtain
written request from the customers. Concessions will be allowed only till the account continues in the respective variant.
vi. In case there is change in CA Product variant, concession will be applicable as per new CA variant.
vii. The branches / marketing teams need not obtain separate approvals / carry out cost benefits analysis for extending the concessions
proposed for these CA variants.
viii. It would be mandatory for customers, who avail this facility to download the YONO Merchant App. It would be convenient for them to lodge
complaints / service requests though the App. This App will also push notifications for information to the customer. However, soft POS charges
will be applicable if the merchant activates the TID.
a. Half yearly review to be carried out by DGM D&TB at the Circle for POS or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box concessions. If
the merchant fails to meet the transaction commitment, ‘Penalty” will be charged to the customer for failing to the committed level of transactions in the
previous 6 months. These charges will be recovered by the home branch of the customer by debit to merchant's settlement account and will be credited
to charges account.
b. Percentage rental recovery, as ‘Penalty’, should be proportionate to the percentage shortfall in transaction commitment. For example: Assuming, a
Diamond customer takes 2 POS machines or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box. However, at the half yearly mark, is able to
achieve only Rs.18 Lacs transactions in the past 6-month period (Rs.1.5 Lacs per month per POS or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound
Box). In such a scenario, 25% of applicable rental for the 2 POS machines or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box will be recovered,
for the past 6-month period.
ii. SBI-PSPL with the inputs from their Circle Sales Head (CSH), to submit the details of customer onboarded under the specific categories of CA variants
to DGM (D&TB) of the Circles who will verify and submit the same to JVC team and CA team, on a monthly basis, merchants availing the benefits under
each product variants as per the format given below.
iii. Pricing sheet taken with the agreement by SBIPL to be revised by them according to concessions being offered in each variant.
iv. DGM-D&TB of the Circles will submit a monthly report of POS or YMA QR/ Bharat QR with Tap & Pay with Sound Box to SBI-Payment, JVC Team
and CA Team, and CMP report to DGM CCG Team about details of the merchants availing the benefits under the proposed product variants.
