    BHALF OF COMPLAINANT MS. INDU.
    Most Respectfully Showeth: -
    1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and fixed for
    today i.e. 29.10.2024.

    2. That the complainant had informed his LAC, that she is not well due to which she
    is not able to appear before this Hon’ble Court.

    3. That the non-appearance of the Complainant is neither intentional nor deliberate


    but due to the reason mentioned herein above.

    PRAYER: -
    It is, therefore, prayed that his Hon’ble Court may kindly exempt the complainant
    from her personal appearance in the interest of Justice.
