    This pertains to the conduct of SERBISYO CARAVAN of the Local Government Unit with
    the following schedules for the month of November 2024 to wit:

    1. November 8, 2024 – Agaman National High School (Agaman Proper, Baggao, Cagayan)
    2. November 15, 2024 – Taguntungan Elementary School (Taguntungan, Bag., Cag.)
    3. November 22, 2024 – San Miguel Elementary School (San Miguel, Baggao, Cagayan)
    4. November 29, 2024 – Awallan Integrated School (Awallan, BAggao, Cagayan)

    In this connection, may I respectfully request for additional manpower from your company
    during said activity particularly dentist and other health care professionals who will be our
    partner in the medical-dental activities like screening, circumcision, dental
    consultation/extractions and other related health activities.
