Political Analysis Paper

Name: Justin Reysel S. Hernandez Section: B1C

Children are the future of society and the engine of growth. However,
some kids, particularly the unlucky ones, don't carry out their
responsibility's share. Lowering the Age of Criminal Responsibility is the
subject of this photograph. In the image, we can see how they defend their
rights. A violent act against youngsters is lowering the legal drinking age.
Children are already victims of their environment, primarily due to poverty
and exploitation by organized crime and adult groups. Children who are
exploited or coerced into committing crimes by adults ought to be
safeguarded, not punished even more. They ought to be given a second
chance to improve and to educate themselves.

Children's reasoning and logical thinking are impacted by the fact that
brain function does not mature until around the age of 16, according to
scientific studies. Children cannot learn responsibility for their behavior by
being detained. Children must develop in a loving, nurturing, safe, and
protecting environment if they are to reach their full potential as citizens.

Every day, children in poverty struggle to navigate a perilous environment.

Children have no control over their living arrangements or the type of
education they can afford. Children are unable to make decisions about
their socioeconomic standing. Nobody is born a thief, a murderer, a drug
addict, or a criminal; rather, children are placed in these situations due to
hunger, extreme poverty, a lack of education, and dysfunctional homes.
Increases their propensity to engage in criminal activity like drug usage or
robberies, for example.
Children who are coerced to perform actions that are deemed illegal are
victims of human trafficking. We need to find a way to shield kids from
gangs that prey on them to further their own selfish and reckless agendas.
Because not all criminals are actually criminals, we must offer a
restorative alternative to punishing them for their transgressions. While
some were merely coerced, others were unfairly accused.

The minimum age for criminal responsibility should not be lowered from 15
to 9, as doing so will harm our children's wellbeing and hinder the future
growth of our country. The necessary correction to have concordance and
integration with peace and order does not exempt children. However, we
must acknowledge the critical significance of the youth in the development
of the nation, and we must work to advance and safeguard their physical,
mental, moral, spiritual, and intellectual well-being.

social development of our kids. Reject decreasing the legal responsibility

age's minimum. Instead of locking them up, we must safeguard and
educate them.
