Project Overview
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a skilled and experienced

Senior Blockchain Developer to join our team in realizing our client’s vision.
This project aims to create a robust online marketplace that leverages
blockchain technology through the integration of a proprietary token named
“Artnest.” This token will facilitate transactions, enhance user engagement,
and provide unique features such as rewards and loyalty programs. The
project will focus on creating a seamless shopping experience while ensuring
security, transparency, and efficiency.
We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer who can commit to working
with us for one year and take on the responsibility of overseeing this project.
We hope to find a candidate who can effectively manage our current project
within the established timeline.
Project Scope and Phases

Phase 1: Token Design and Development
● Goal: Create a secure and compliant cryptocurrency token, such as

ERC-20 or BEP-20, based on the project’s requirements.
● Details:
○ Collaborate closely with our team to define the token's specific
parameters, including supply, decimals, governance, and
distribution.
○ Develop and deploy the smart contract on a suitable blockchain
platform (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others).
○ Ensure that the smart contract undergoes thorough testing and
auditing to eliminate security vulnerabilities.
○ Provide detailed documentation about the token, including how it
works and how it can be integrated and used.
Phase 2: Integration with Existing System (Backend & Frontend)
● Goal: Seamlessly integrate the newly developed token into the existing
MERN stack-based platform.
● Details:
○ Connect the token’s smart contract with the platform's backend,
enabling users to perform token-related actions (e.g., payments,
transfers).
○ Work with our frontend team to ensure that the user interface
properly reflects token balances and allows for wallet
interactions.
○ Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure smooth integration,
with no disruption to the current system.
○ Provide clear documentation and guidance for our development
team to maintain the integration.
Phase 3: Liquidity Pool Setup and Tokenomics
● Goal: Establish and maintain liquidity for the token to ensure usability
across decentralized exchanges and within the platform.
● Details:
○ Set up a liquidity pool for the token on platforms like
PancakeSwap, Uniswap, or other decentralized exchanges.
○ Define and execute tokenomics strategies, including governance,
token rewards, and liquidity provisions.
○ Collaborate with the client to ensure the long-term viability of the
token and its economic model.
○ Document all tokenomic structures, providing recommendations
for future scalability and growth.
Phase 4: Security Auditing and System Scaling
● Goal: Ensure that all blockchain-related components are secure, robust,

and scalable to meet future demands.
● Details:
○ Conduct regular audits of smart contracts and blockchain
integrations to identify and address any potential security issues.
○ Monitor the performance of the blockchain system, ensuring
optimal transaction speeds and minimizing gas fees.
○ Implement scaling strategies that will allow the system to grow
without sacrificing performance or security.
Phase 5: Ongoing Maintenance and Upgrades
● Goal: Support the platform’s blockchain components with continuous

maintenance, ensuring long-term success.
● Details:
○ Offer ongoing maintenance services for the token, smart contract,
and blockchain integrations.
○ Implement upgrades to enhance the performance and security of
the blockchain system as necessary.
○ Provide continuous support for any evolving project needs,
ensuring that the platform is always running at its best.
○ Keep detailed records of all changes and upgrades to ensure
transparency and accountability.

Requirements
Required Skills:
● Smart Contract Development Expertise: Strong knowledge of smart

contract development, including experience working with platforms
like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana. You're proficient in
Solidity, Rust, or Vyper and have built and deployed smart contracts for
real-world applications
● Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of decentralized
technologies, blockchain principles, and consensus mechanisms like
Proof of Stake (PoS) or Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS). You're
familiar with layer 1 and layer 2 blockchain solutions
● Security and Auditing: Experience conducting smart contract audits
and ensuring the security of blockchain applications. You're familiar
with security vulnerabilities like reentrancy attacks, front-running, and
integer overflows, and know how to prevent them
● Gas Optimization and Efficiency: Expertise in optimizing smart
contract code to minimize gas costs. You understand how to write
efficient, scalable code that is both cost-effective and reliable on the
blockchain
● Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills with
the ability to work closely with blockchain developers, cryptographers,
and product teams. You're skilled at explaining complex technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience Requirements:
● 4 years of experience as a full stack engineer

● 2 years of smart contract development experience
● Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js (or similar frameworks
like Svelte/SvelteKit)
● Experience with wallet connectors, indexers, and the Ethereum
transaction lifecycle along with related Web3 APIs (e.g. web3.js)
● Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g.,
PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
● Experience working closely with design and developer teams to build
applications that enhance user and developer experience.
● Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
