    RESOLUTION NO.001 SERIES 2024

    REQUESTING HON. FAUSTINO “ BOJIE” DY III, VICE GOVERNOR PROVINCE OF


    ISABELA, TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL
    ENTRANCE GATE OF VILLA BELTRAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RAMON
    DISTRICT, VILLA BELTRAN RAMON, ISABELA

    WHEREAS, Villa Beltran Elementary School is a complete elementary school catering


    to 98 pupils, 7 permanent teachers and 1 school head

    WHEREAS, the school is situated near the irrigation canal of the Barangay

    WHEREAS, the school is often ransacked during weekends, vacation and even school
    days

    WHEREAS, the school gate has to be constructed for the safety of the pupils and to
    free the school ground from astray animals and from robbers

    WHEREAS, if such request will be granted, the construction of school gate will improve
    the physical facilities of the school and secure its learners and teachers in
    any harm, hence, it can help in developing the well-roundedness of the
    learners.

    WHEREAS, the school has no funds for the said project

    THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Parents


    Teacher Association and Teachers respectfully request Hon. Faustino
    Bojie Dy III to allocate funds for the construction of school gate of Villa
    Beltran Elementary School, Villa Beltran Ramon,Isabela;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Hon. Faustino


    Bojie Dy III, Vice Governor Province of Isabela for information and
    consideration of the request;
    DONE in Villa Beltran Elementary School, Villa Beltran Ramon, Isabela on the 3 rd Day
    of January 2024.
