Meeting Proceedings:
1. School Policy
o It was agreed by the 31 parent attendees that the students must wear
their complete uniform or if not they may used white t-shirt but no
wearing of pants (rip jeans), crop top and high waist.
2. Grading System
o Ma’am Dan Ivory Santelices explain very well how the students shall
be given a grade in all learning areas.
3. Accomplishment Report of theprevious homeroom project
o Includes the alcohol dispenser, standfan, module stand and the
division between the reading corner and the rest space amounting to
4,720.00 and having a cash on hand of 870.00.
o The total collection last SY is amounting to 5,590.00
4. Election of Homeroom PTA Officers
o Election of HRPTA officers for the SY 2022-2023 was successfully done,
namely;
o President: Mrs. Mercedes B. Doctolero
o Vice- President: Mr. Perry A. Sain
o Secretary: Mrs. Mariju P. Naga
o Treasurer: Mrs. Mary Ann R. Romero
o Auditor: Mr. Purisimo M. Sain

5. Homeroom Project SY 2022-2023

REGION V
o Ma’am Dan proposed that the television must be the homeroom

project for the SY 2022-2023 amounting to 10,990.00 and it was
approved by the parents so that the students increase their motivation
to learn and also to reinforce the content of the lesson being taught
by their teachers
o It was agreed that the contribution is 263/student and the partial
payment amounting to 131.50 be given on or before September 15,
2022 while the other half will be given on or before September 30,
2022.
o Mr. Mota suggested that the deadline for the homeroom project is on
September 30, 2022 so that the students used the TV immediately and
was agreed by the parents.
Meeting Adjournment: As all the other concerns were dealt for the time being, the
meeting was adjourned at exactly 2:45 in the afternoon, with the same number of
attendees.

o It Ma’am Dan discussed that the Brigada Eskwela Plus will be

conducted every Friday, 7:30- 8:30 AM
o The students or the parents are expected to render their service in
maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom territories and school
grounds.
o Can be in a form of manpower or in-kind donation.
o This agenda has been approved by the body.
2. Enhanced Solid Waste Management Policy of the School
o The following was discussed in this agenda

o Students are not allowed to:
 Litter, throw, dump waste matters

 Open burn solid wastes
 Non-segregate solid wastes
SANCTION
 1st offense – 1 hour community service

 2nd offense – 4 hours community service
 3rd offense – 8 hours community service

 Entry of the following materials inside the school premises is

not allowed:
 Disposable plastic bottles and straws
 Single use plastics
 Styrofoam food containers and cups
 Plastic spoons and forks
 Other refuse materials
 Students are required to bring their own tumbler of water
 Students are required to bring their personal saucer/glass
which can be used and accessed in the WINS drinking area
 Class advisers are requested to formulate other means in
minimizing solid waste accumulation
3. Project HIKAYAT: A Community of Practice of Grade 9- Advisers
o The following was discussed in this agenda
OBJECTIVES:
a. intensify home visitation to learners who are having difficulty in
face- to-face classes as shown on their report card
b. capacitate learners as “peer tutors” to help the struggling
students improve their attendance, academic
performance and alleviate tardiness
c. enable parents to be "learning facilitators" to motivate their
children improve their attendance, academic performance
and alleviate tardiness
d. provide recognition to learners who shows academic progress as
reflected on their report card
4. SASH ME Awarding for Parents and Learners
o SASH ME Awarding for Parents and Learners was successfully done, the
parents assisted their children during the awarding.
5. Release of temporary report cards (1st Quarter)
o Release of temporary cards for the first quarter has been done right
after the SASH ME Awarding for Parents and Students.
6. Other matters/reminders
 School-Based Parol Making Contest

 Sponsored by the ESP Department
 Parol must be star-shaped and made up of indigenous materials, no
plastics are allowed
 To be displayed on or before December 2, 2022
 Strict implementation of NO ID, NO ENTRY at the school gate
REGION V
 Full swing of face-to-face classes will be from Monday to Fridays,

7:30 to 11:45 AM and 1:00 to 4:00 PM

miscellaneous for the restoration and repainting of the Gulayan sa
Paaralan
o 30.00 contribution for the Gulayan sa Paaralan has been approved by
the parents.
3. WINS Evaluation
REGION V
o Ma’am Dan seek for the help and support of the parents to have the
fund that will be used to restore and improve the Grade 9- Aphrodite
classroom and territories. It depends on the parents if to give
donations that will used during the WinS evaluation or may give a fixed
contribution amounting to 50.00
o It was agreed that some will give a donations such as soap, tissue, etc
and others will just give the 50.00 contribution to the class treasurer.
5. Release of grades
o Release of cards for the third quarter has been done right after the
SASH ME Awarding for Parents and Students.
6. Other matters
meeting was adjourned at exactly 10:25 in the morning, with the same number of
