    1. This has reference to Memorandum Spot Report Re: Robbery Incident


    dated 08 February2023 and Progress Report dated 12 February 2023.

    2. On February 08, 2023 at about 5:30 am, a robbery incident occurred at


    Purok 8, Bialong, M’lang Cotabato wherein victim Jamila Bantas 56
    years old, married to Teng Bantas 57 years old both owner both of
    the Sari-sari store that was robbed of an unidentified malefactor/s.

    3. In the morning of 08 February 2023, a complaint from Banta’s residence


    was reported to the M’lang Municipal Police Station about the incident.
    Immediately, PO1 Almira Ulangkaya reponded to the place of the
    incident where they investigated the robber incident.

    4. The victim/s helmet and their 2 days income worth of Php 5,000,00 was
    robbed.

    5. The unidentified suspects is currently detained at M’lang


    Municipal Police Station, and now in custody.

    6. The case has been resolved with the suspect/s arrest and recovery
    stolen money and things. The investigation have been
    documented and filed for raffled.

    7. The suspect is now being held at he M’lang Municipal Police


    Station and now the stolen money and things was
    recovered.
