    Dear Commissioner,

    In behalf of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of Panian Elementary School, located in Saint
    Bernard, Eastern Visayas, Philippines, respectfully request permission to conduct a raffle on
    September 27, 2024, as a fundraising activity for the construction of our school clinic.

    The proceeds from the raffle will be solely used to fund the construction of a much-needed
    school clinic to provide basic healthcare services to our students. Our current clinic is in a
    dilapidated state due to the devastations brought by typhoon Odette.

    The raffle prizes are as follows:


     1st Prize: 1 sack of rice
     2nd Prize: 2 winners of 25 kilos of rice
     3rd Prize: 3 winners of 10 kilos of rice
     Consolation Prizes: 10 winners of 5 kilos of rice

    We have ensured that our raffle complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

    We are requesting your approval for this raffle activity. Your support will enable us to provide
    our students with a much-needed facility and improve their overall educational experience.
