Proposal Title: Emergency Menstrual-Hygiene Accessible Stations: Action Research to Advance Gender Equality in College of Nursing NEUST.

Adviser: Ma'am Rose Anne Paet, MAN, RN

INTRODUCTION: This section gives a short overview of the background of the problem and why it's important/ Research Gap (limit to 3-5 sentences)
Studies have proven that lack of access to menstruation products negatively affects school attendance, academic performance, and individual health. Implementing programs
offering free menstruation products are becoming popular in schools, businesses, and communities in high-income countries. According to Rawat et. al, there is a lack of
understanding of the broader cultural impacts of access to free products in university. Other menstrual products such as period panties and pads were briefly discussed in focus
groups but not provided for free in public spaces/university.

Objectives of the Research: it should state what the study intends to describe, find out, discover or evaluate. Specific Objective should be in declarative form
This study aimed to capture the experiences of menstruators about free menstrual products and the impact of a university-wide free menstruation management product policy and
program.
