OFFER LETTER

Dear Ayush Singh Sikarwar,

We are thrilled to extend the offer of employment to you for the position of Product
and Sales Trainer at Learning Jockey Pvt. Ltd. We are confident that your skills
and experience will greatly contribute to our team, and we look forward to your
valuable contributions.
You will report directly at office which is located at C-28, Sector 2, Noida-201301. Your
working days will be from Monday to Saturday. Further, you shall be expected to follow and
adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Non- Disclosure Agreement and Non-
Competitive Agreement respectively.

Benefits for the Product and Sales Trainer include:

 After completing probation period of three months, you will be granted for
12 paid leaves in a year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective sales training courses and materials.


 Design, deliver and evaluate sales training programs.
 Assess the effectiveness of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
 Analyze sales metrics and provide feedback to sales personnel.
 Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the performance of sales team
members.
 Advise and motivate sales personnel on ways to improve their performance.
 Provide ongoing support to sales representatives.
 Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
However, you have to serve the probation period for initial three months with an Annual
CTC of 5.3 LPA. In case you serve the probation period faultlessly, you will be directly
converted into permanent employee without any formal review with an Annual CTC of
5.3 LPA with Annual bonus of 50,000. Payment will be on the monthly basis by direct
deposit on 1st of every month withthe attendance cycle of 20 to 19.

You can terminate this employment by serving a notice of two months to the company. The
liability of the company to serve notice period is applicable only when the employee has
successfully completed the probation period with the company. Filing to comply with the
notice period amount to penalty of 1 month.
The company reserves the right to terminate the employment based on performance or
professional misconduct will be relieved within 1 day of the receiving of the notice. Relieving
policy on termination based on performance would be on case - to - case basis.
You will be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition and order of all company
property, which may be in your use, custody or charge.
