    Evernote:
    Simplicity, employs Notebooks and tags for organization with
    special emphasis on structure. Great for simplicity.
    OneNote:
    Unstructured, but not threaded (Notebooks > Sections > Pages) with
    media-rich capabilities. Ideal for creative users

    2. Features
    Evernote:
    Sliding tabs of advanced search with a search for images, Web
    Clipper, and productivity templates.
    OneNote:
    Compatible with MS Office, compatible with drawing, audio, and
    allows collaboration.
    3. Accessibility
    Evernote:
    Mobile synchronization is available, but the free version allows users to
    connect only two devices and provides only 60MB for uploads per month.

    OneNote:
    It can work with different programs and operating systems but shines in the
    Microsoft environment.

    4. Cost
    Evernote:
    The basic package is stripped down; paid packages start at $10.83
    per month.
    OneNote:
    Can be downloaded for free but having codes that may only be
    available with Microsoft 365 at $6.99 per month.

    5. Best For
    Evernote:
    These include, personal organization, journaling, and research .

    OneNote:
    Working together, multimedia notes, and its users in the Microsoft
    environment.
    6. Weaknesses
    Evernote:
    More costly than rival solutions for additional functionalities.
    The free version has limitations regarding syncing and storage of
    devices.

    OneNote:
    This tool is best used with a Microsoft account.
    No tagging system in particular, which could be annoying for users
    who shifted from Evernote

    CONCLUSION
    VERDICT:
    Put in use:
    Evernote if you prefer clear and easy-to-use interface with
    powerful search tools for the personal notes, research or journal.
    Primarily it is suitable for people who do not require a complex
    structure and do not perform much teamwork.

    Microsoft OneNote is beneficial if you are a learner, employee, or a


    team member and probably if you are already using other Microsoft
    applications. It is more preferable for team works and creation as its
    supports flexibility, multimedia, and collaboration features.
