1. Explain the powers and duties of Registrar under Rule 15 of the High Court Rules?

2. Describe the essential attributes or form of proceedings presented before the High Court?

3. Explain the steps to be taken by the Assistant, the Section Officer and the Listing
Court Officer when an Urgent Petition under Rule 93 of High Court Rules is filed by
counsel through online, as per the recent guidelines issued in this regard?
