    Dear MADAM/SIR;

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my

    position at La Fiesta, Sea Side Pasay City, effective November 26, 2024.

    It has been a pleasure working with the team for nearly three months, and I

    am truly grateful for the opportunities and experiences I've gained during my

    time here. However, I must return to MIHCA (Manila International Hotel and

    Culinary Arts) to complete my On-the-Job Training (OJT), which is a

    requirement for my course.

    I deeply appreciate the support and guidance provided by you and my

    colleagues, and I hope to maintain a positive relationship moving forward. I

    will do my best to ensure a smooth transition during my remaining time and

    assist with any handover tasks as needed.

    Thank you once again for the opportunity to be part of the team, and I look

    forward to staying in touch.
