    Subject: Proposal for Organizing a National Conference on Computer and Communications


    (NC3) by the CSE Department

    Respected Director

    I am pleased to submit this proposal on behalf of the CSE Department to host a


    National Conference on Computer and Communications (NC 3) on "Emerging in Computer
    Science and Engineering" at GCET. The conference aims to bring together students,
    educators, researchers, and professionals from across the country to share knowledge,
    exchange ideas, and discuss the latest advancements in the field of computer science and
    engineering.

    Proposal National Conference on Computer and Communications (NC3) is structure


    of the flagship conference of India in the area of Communications, Signal Processing,
    Machine Learning and Networks. It is organized this year, starting from the year 2025, during
    28th April - 2nd May 2025. NC3-2025 will be held as in-person event at Galgotias College of
    Engineering and Technology GCET – Greater Noida. Each accepted paper must have at least
    one full registration or a student author registration fee.

    Registration charges (including GST in Rs)

    Academicians / Scientists / Researchers/ Students Rs. 2000/-

    Ph.D. Scholars Rs. 3000/-

    Online Participants Rs. 2000/-


    Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into UGC Care I and UGC Care II subject to
    meeting UGC Care journals scope and quality requirements. List of the UGC journal given
