    Subject: Letter of Explanation for failing to attend the 152 nd Founding


    Anniversary Holy Mass in the Municipal Building last April 10, 2022.

    Dear Mayor Aceron,

    I have failed to attend the152 nd Founding Anniversary Holy Mass in the


    Municipal Building last April 10, 2022 due to gastritis.

    However, I must tell you that such an act of negligence was not intentional
    at all. My condition took a heavy toll on my physical health due to which I
    remained sluggish all day. I have informed Ms. Eden B. Paradeza our Municipal
    Administrator early in the morning that I could not attend the said celebration.
    Even so, I have not failed to inform my staffs to come.

    I shall be grateful to you for your kindness in this regard. Thank you so
    much for your valuable time and consideration.
