Strengths: I am highly organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing situations. My ability to
communicate clearly and solve problems proactively is also a strength.
Weaknesses: I sometimes overanalyze situations, but I’ve learned to trust my instincts and set time limits
for decisions.
What do you do when you know you are right, and your boss disagrees with you? Give an
example.
I prioritize respectful communication and present evidence to support my point of view. For example,
during a project, my boss dismissed an alternative approach I suggested. I prepared a presentation with
data to explain the potential benefits, and after reviewing it, my boss implemented my idea successfully.

I would politely decline and explain the confidentiality policy, suggesting alternative ways to address the

I once directed a film however our team lacked staff or members in creating a film so I stepped up and did
most of the work to compensate
