KenyaQuest Adventure Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations and Payments
A deposit of 25% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start
date.
Bookings made within 30 days of the departure date must be paid in full at the time
of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the safari start date are eligible for a
75% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before the safari start date are eligible for a 50%
refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the safari start date are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
3. Changes to Itinerary
We strive to adhere to the agreed itinerary. However, due to unforeseen
circumstances such as weather, park regulations, or safety concerns, we may make
adjustments to ensure the best experience for all clients.
Any requested changes to the itinerary by the client may incur additional costs,
which will be communicated beforehand.
4. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip
cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and other unforeseen
situations.
5. Liability
KenyaQuest Adventure will not be held liable for any delays, changes, or
cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as weather, political instability,
or other force majeure situations.
While we ensure the utmost care and safety during the safari, clients participate at
their own risk.
6. Health and Safety
It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or
dietary restrictions prior to the safari.
Clients are advised to consult their physician for necessary vaccinations or
medications before traveling to Kenya.
7. Wildlife and Environment
Clients must follow the instructions of guides at all times to ensure safety,
particularly during wildlife encounters.
Respect for wildlife and the environment is paramount. Littering and disruptive
behavior are strictly prohibited.
8. Child Policy
Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Age restrictions may apply for certain activities, which will be communicated during
the planning process.
9. Photography and Media
KenyaQuest Adventure may use photographs or videos taken during the safari for
promotional purposes unless clients explicitly opt out in writing.
10. Complaints and Feedback
Any complaints during the safari must be reported immediately to the guide or tour
leader to allow prompt resolution.
We value your feedback and encourage clients to share their experience after the
safari.
By confirming your booking with KenyaQuest Adventure, you acknowledge that you
