    Congruent Solutions is hiring Trainee – Process Associate for its KPO division!!

    Job description

    Candidate Profile:-

    • 2022 graduates and 2023 (to be graduated) with strong Math background; ( B.com,
    Bsc Maths, Bsc Physics, Bsc Chemistry, MBA and any Math allied courses).
    • Should have scored >65% in academics, no standing arrears.
    • Good analytical skills required.
    • Candidate should have passion for learning.
    • Proficient in using Internet Applications, MS-Word and MS-Excel.
    • Keen to work in KPO sector.
    • Employment type: Permanent – Full Time
    • Salary: 2.5 - 3 Lakhs per annum. Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
    • Candidates should be willing to work in shifts and should have passion for KPO
    industry as this is not IT / CORE related position.
    • Work location will be in Chennai
    • Night shift allowances, food allowances, medical insurance and home drop facilities
    are available for night shift in addition to the Annual Compensation.

    Note : The candidates should be ready to join us by 2nd week of January.
