Step 1: Apply for 2 Years Initial Visa
Step 2: Receive 3 Years Further Extension*
1. Visa Overview
Step 3: Receive UK ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain)
Step 4: Receive UK Nationality following UK Passport
The initial Visa will be granted for 2 years

A Further extension of 3 years can be applied before the end
of initial 2 years visa
Applicant can switch into Innovator Visa or other visa
categories after completing initial two years
After completing 5 years, applicant will be eligible to apply for
ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) in the UK. This also known as
Permanent Residency
After receiving ILR, applicant can apply after 12 months for
UK Citizenship following UK Passport.
The above route to receive British Citizenship/ Passport will be

applicable for the main applicant, his/her spouse, and all
dependent children under 18 years of age.

5. Registration Process
We will assist our client on every step of the whole procedure. Please find following steps to
start and complete the procedure:
Please provide the main applicant, spouse, and all dependent children under 18 current
passport copies. We only require the photo page copy.
A complete legal agreement will be provided confirming our services and commitments to
the client.
Chisty Law Chambers will forward a legal agreement to client attention, to agree and
confirming the terms of business by signing it.
Client will forward the agreed initial payment to Chisty Law Chambers business account.
We do not charge 100% payment in advance. We intend to proof our services to our clients
and charge in stages.
On confirmation of Initial fee received, Chisty Law Chambers will forward list of documents
required for the application to the client within 3 working days.
On receiving all documents requested, Chisty Law Chambers will be committed to finalise
research and the Business plan proposed by the client within 5 calendar weeks from the day
of receiving all supporting and requested documents from the client.
Chisty Law Chambers will communicate with the approved body for the endorsement.
On approval of Business plan by the endorsing body, Chisty Law Chambers will be committed
to submit the application within 2 calendar weeks to the authorities / Visa department British
High Commission.
6. UKVI Official Charges
Following Fee/ Charges are based on main applicant only:
