    Greetings of peace and development!

    I am respectfully furnishing your good office the following Barangay Ordinance pursuant to the
    provision of Section 189 of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991,
    to wit:

    BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01


    Series of 2015

    “AN ORDINANCE ENACTING A NEW BARANGAY OMNIBUS TAX ORDINANCE


    ON THE BUSINESS OF RETAIL STORES, IMPOSITION AND COLLECTION OF
    SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES, CLEARANCE FEES,
    AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”

    which was duly passed and approved during the 34 th Regular Session of the Sangguniang
    Barangay of Poblacion, Manticao, Misamis Oriental held on May 4, 2015.

    Further, as provided for of Chapter VII, Section 5 hereof, to quote: “Coordination with the
    Municipal Treasury. – The Barangay Treasurer is hereby directed to closely coordinate with
    the Municipal Treasurer of the Municipality of Manticao for the effective implementation of this
    Ordinance in relation to collection of taxes, fees and charges as provided for in Chapters II and
    VI hereof thereby establishing appropriate schemes and procedures of such coordination for the
    best interest of the barangay and for the attainment of its objectives on revenue generation.”
