As Cluster Manager For Green Field Business Development.
I am responsible here for operations of NephroPlus Dialysis units across assigned
region Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Vadodara, Veraval. I am ensures optimum operational
efficiency of units by coordinating with various functions to achieve growth target &
profitability and maximize internal & external customer satisfaction. Accountable for
operational issues, process streamlining, end to end business, clinical, and manpower
administration pertaining to units in line with Company business objectives.
I Ensure here operations are streamlined leading to best customer experience and
enabling a motivating environment for staff across the network of dialysis units
Leading the center managers / center staff and guiding them to achieve operational
excellence for their cluster of centers, counselling, coaching and giving feedback
wherever required
Coach the center managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge
Monitor, review, evaluate and ensure all KPIs of the centers are met on on-going basis
Monitor, review performance & addressing deviations & causes for the same
Responsible here for bottom line profitability and revenue generation of the centers
Ensuring adherence to quality standards at centers
Implementation of clinical and administrative protocols & procedures including
monitoring and ensuring adherence to check lists submission by junior members
Conducting spot operational audits during center visits
Review & audit center level expenditure regularly
Coordinating with business development team for new business opportunity
Implementing the performance appraisal plan for the staff, finalization of KRAs,
evaluating & providing feedback
To ensure timely payments from the partners
Coordination with all the dept. to ensure smooth operations at the center
Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team across multiple centers

P&L Management :- Based on the annual budget, developed detail quarterly plan with
milestone, collaborate with cross teams to deliver and achieve targets. Working on the
key levers that contribute to top line achievements & EBITDA Track efficacy
Leadership:- Provide visionary leadership that motivates the highest level of
performance in the delivery of health care and business and operational administration.
Medical Staff Relations:- Maintains effective and collaborative relationship with the
medical staff that inspire loyalty, ensure to ability to meet the health needs of the
community and advance quality, patient safety and patient satisfaction.
Operational Management:- Maintenance an organized system of management and
controls that ensure smooth function of center operations, timely accomplishment of
goal, and physical, financial and human resource viability and success.
Quality Of Service :- ensures best practice, evidence- based approaches to consistently
deliver exceptional, well coordinated and integrated care that delivers high level
outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Strategic Planning:- Develops, implements and executes operational plans that ensure
timely strategic goal achievement.
Partnership & Negotiations :- Develop strategic Partnership and ensure skillful
negotiations that help to position the organizations for success.
