Medical Staff Relations:- Maintains effective and collaborative relationship with the

Operational Management:- Maintenance an organized system of management and
controls that ensure smooth function of center operations, timely accomplishment of

Administrator & Operations Manager.
 I am responsible for the medically related aspect of the hospital, consultants
medical Officers, ICU, Emergency and Medical Record, Bio Medical Management,
Ambulance, Blood Bank, Medical legal statutory, Quality NABH And Overall Patient
care Services.
 To Coordinate and ensure smoothly/ Sensible Admission process in case of an
IP/ICU patient is carried without delay or discomfort.
 To brief the patient and attendant on need basis about services and facilities
available in ward.
 Shall go around from time to time and represent the in-patient in the ward/ floor

 OPERATIONAL FUNCTION

 I am working here Hospital Administration are responsible for day to day


operation of a hospital. To coordinate the actions of all department and
ensure the function as one, hospital administrator must hold a wide set of
skill and knowledge.
 Handling, administrating, and coordinating internal operation activities of the
