    Guidelines for Project Work (for class XII)

    CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
    This is usually the introduction and provides overview of the research work. This
    describes the background, scope and purpose of the research. Write at least 1-2
    pages.

    CHAPTER 2: OBJECTIVES OF STUDY


    Write main objective of your study in one sentence.

    E.g.: To study about ……….. (Your Topic)………..

    CHAPTER 3: LITERATURE REVIEW


    Mention about the previous finding related to the particular research. (Write at
    least 5 different works done by different researchers)

    CHAPTER 4: RESULTS AND DISCUSSION


    The results should be presented with visual aids like figures, graphs, charts, tables,
    etc. The results should be discussed and also then compared with results of similar
    earlier published works, as much as possible.

    CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSION
    Conclusions derived after the results of the research are to be presented here.

    CHAPTER 6: RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTION FOR FURTHER


    Work
    Recommendations / suggestions are to be made to other future researchers with
    similar interest stating ways of improving the current research work. The
    applications of the results should also be suggested wherever possible.

    This is a list of all the relevant journals, books and all sources of information
    consulted in the research work, both print and / or online. Plagiarism should be
    avoided at all costs. For example:

    Note: General guideline for preparing project work report ( Must follow this
    guidelines)
    1. Paper: A4 size, print on one side.
    2. Fonts: Times New Roman, 12 Character, Justified
    3. Line Spacing: 1.5. Spacing before and after is zero point.
    4. Margins: Top and bottom should 1. Left 1.5 and Right 1.
    5. Heading: size 14 bold (INTRODUCTION),
    6. Subheading: 12 size with bold
    7. Cover Page should not have page number. Before introduction, all the
    preliminary part should start the page number like i, ii, iii, iv etc. From
    Introduction page number should be started 1, 2, 3. Etc.
    8. Please don’t write two Headings in a single page. Use Next page for each
    headings.
    9. Please Don’t Copy URL (eg:
    https://www.techtarget.com/searchnetworking/definition/URL) in reference
    to cite paper.
