    MINUTES OF THE MEETING DECEMBER 30, 2023 MEETING STARTS: 3:00 PM

    I. Call to Order
    Hon. Mark George Wania called to order at the 2ND session of the
    Sangguniang Kabataan at 3:00 PM on December 30, 2023 at the Barangay Gastav
    Hall.

    II. Roll call


    SK secretary Daphney Banayat conducted the roll call, the above stated
    person where present.

    III. Reading and approving the minutes of the meeting


    The reading and approval of the minutes was read by SK SECRETARY
    Daphney B. Pilibino. And approved by SK MEMBER Jenny Rose P. Rinsulat and duly
    seconded by SK MEMBER Mark G. Leogan.

    IV. Predetermined Business / Agenda


     Open Bank Account
    The SK council approved to open Bank account the first option is
    to Borrow money. Adjourn motion by Hon. Jenny Rose Rinsulat and
    dully seconded by Hon. Mark Leogan.

     Preparation for Foundation (try out of Volleyball)


    The preparation for the foundation Volleyball try out is on
    January 03, 2024 morning at 9:00 AM at Gastav Elementary School.
    Assigned committee Hon. Jhon Carlo Delvo and Hon. Ramona Narag.
     Preparation for Foundation (try out of Basketball)
    Basketball try out start on January 02, 2024 at 5:00 PM
    Barangay Gastav Gym. Committee assigned SK Chairman Mark George
    Wania, Hon. Mark Leogan and Hon.Rick Farley Doletin.

     Committee assigned
    Hon. Mark George wania assigned every SK Member to the
    designated committee;
    a) Committee on Education and Culture | SK MEMBER JHON CARLO C. DELVO -
    Responsible for overseeing all SK matters, that is, policy and programs or
    projects related to education and culture. Mainly, the committee is tasked to
    ensure that education is a matter of priority and culture is kept alive among
    the youth and community as a whole; e.g., folk dances.
    b) Committee on Environmental Protection, Climate Change Adaptation
    (CCA), and Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency (DRRR) | SK MEMBER
    RAMONA A. NARAG. Responsible for all SK matters related to environment
    and disaster preparedness. The committee is tasked to ensure that the youth
    are made aware of and capacitated regarding protection of the environment
    and preparedness in times of calamities.
    c) Committee on Youth Employment, and Livelihood | SK MEMBER RICK
    FARLEY F. DOLETIN. Responsible for all SK affairs related to promoting
    employment and livelihood opportunities for the youth.
    d) Committee on Health, Health Services, and Reproductive Health | SK
    MEMBER ROSELYN U. DOLETIN. Responsible for all SK matters related to the
    health of youth.
    e) Committee on Anti-Drug Abuse and Social Protection | SK MEMBER JENNY
    ROSE P. RINSULAT. To safeguard the welfare of the youth, anti-drug and
    social protection committee should be created.
    f) Committee on Gender and Development | SK MEMBER ERICA RYNNA D.
    CALVA. This committee manages all SK matters concerned with gender and
    development (GAD).

    V. Adjournment
    As there was no matters to be discussed the meeting adjourned. In motion of
    SK MEMBER Roselyn u. Doletin and duly seconded by SK MEMBER Jhon Carlo C.
    Delvo.
