    CODE OF CONDUCT

    1. The ICYM Diocesan Youth Commission is very happy to welcome you to the
    beautiful place of Bolpur, for the Diocesan Youth Convention IV.
    2. Since you are in a new place and in order to make you and other stay as pleasant as
    possible, please go through the following instruction carefully and follow them.
    3. Always remember to carry your identity card. No one without the identity will be
    allowed to enter or leave the venue.
    4. Keep your surroundings clean, as this is your HOME for the next 4 days.
    5. Follow the instructions of the volunteers and cooperate in maintaining discipline.
    6. Attend all the sessions, talks, group discussions and all other activities. Your
    dynamic presence and consistent contribution is very important for the growth of
    ICYM and success of Diocesan Youth Convention IV.
    7. No one is allowed to be in the room or any other place during the sessions. If sick,
    report to the First Aid Counter, you will be given immediate medical assistance.
    8. As you are in a new place, kindly adhere to the rules and regulations of the house in
    which you are accommodated and do not cause any inconvenience to anyone
    whatsoever.
    9. Do not leave the premises without informing your Youth Director.
    10. Take care of your belongings. In case you posses any valuable things make sure you
    are not careless with regards to its security. Authority is not responsible for looking
    your belongings.
    11. Do not invite your friends or acquaintances to meet you here without permission
    during the Convention.
    12. Smoking, intake of Alcohol or any other drugs or narcotic is strictly prohibited. If
    anyone found possession of such materials will be reprimanded.
    13. If delegates are found misbehaving or not adhering to rules and regulations, the
    matter will be immediately reported to the concerned Diocesan Youth
    Animators/Directors.
    14. In case you lose any article of your own or find any unclaimed articles, please report
    immediately to the authority.
    15. Please try and put on the decent dresses, keep up the traditional values.
    16. The volunteers of Local Organization Committee (LOC) are there for your help.
    Kindly Co-operate with them.
