    I am submitting my resume for the position of barista.I have a bachelor’s degree in computer
    science and engineering, five years of valuable experience, numerous voluntary certifications
    and an unwavering team spirit. I have in Customer Service,sales and accounts experience
    handling operations related to any of its functions. Thus I believe I am the best candidate for this
    role and asset to your business to achieve new heights.

    My professional experience includes monitoring and recording system performance,


    troubleshooting various problems, maintaining several organizations’ IT systems for a consistent
    level of reliability, working closely with my colleagues, researching new technology and
    successfully implementing that technology in my organizations’ IT network and systems. I have
    worked as IT system support specialist in information communication and management
    department role with extensive experience.

    The following represent some highlights of my experience and qualifications:

    • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the “Deccan
    College of Engineering and Technology” affiliated to “Osmania University” located at
    darussalam,hyderabad,telangana,india-500012.

    • Became a Certified Microsoft professional, Microsoft technology associate,Microsoft


    student associate and Cisco Certified professional,Oracle certified professional,Progressed
    through consecutive positions as an trainee engineer and then assistant network Engineer.

    • Successfully devised and implemented dozens of IT solutions.

    • Continued to improve my education through extensive industry research.


    • Identified several previously undetected network problems.
    • Installed new hardware and software for various organizations.

    I hope to be able to bring my passion for barista role, can-do attitude and in-depth technical and
    business knowledge to the company.
