    YES. My queries are shared in below after the answers.

    2. Is your bid accurate based on the requirements I have laid out?


    NO - My bid is a placeholder bid. We will be compiling a detailing scope during our few
    interactions to ascertain the time and efforts.

    3. Do you offer revisions during the process?


    YES - we work like a team. And, at each stage of development, we involve you in Acceptance
    testing and your feedback is covered in subsequent releases.

    4. Do you offer support after the project is complete (meaning to address any technical bugs after
    transferring to host)?
    YES - So, since, I operate as an agency - operating for more than 7+ years now with a teamsize of
    35+ developers; we understand value of continual growth, availability and coordination to
    improve over time. Almost all our clients are our long term clients and we do not shelve away
    with support, no matter, how small or big it may be.

    My Queries –

    1. I need to get more understanding on the project to finalize the scope.


    2. I understand that you need a website, with CMS to frontend and offer services to your
    customers, including e-commerce services with subscription and digital product offerings.
    a. Subscription could be a monthly search counter/usage based service or it will be
    monthly/yearly based.
    b. Digital product could be service to offer scouting
    c. What are the other types of subscription / digital / other product scenarios for e-
    commerce ?
    3. I understand that you will feed your system with searchable data by building up from
    scraping different websites – and this data will become the global database over which your
    services will mainly rely upon. This data will be updated from time to time – as an
    automated or manual task.
    a. Can you share any reference site to scrape data from? This will give me a tentative
    idea of the large data set you are targeting and from different sites – you may get
    some or all data points
    b. How many such websites do you anticipate to be added in scraping module. If I may
    get a list, my estimation will be more accurate.
    4. What data visualization / reports or indicators you may have – can you share some
    examples / use case ?

    We can have a discussion, following which a detailed breakup of tasks and estimation could be justified.
