Introduction

Cell phones and mobile devices can be used in cars


or by pedestrians. By communicating via radio
waves.
In today’s fast-moving and globalizing world, it is
almost impossible to imagine our daily life without cell
phones. It is one of the most successful inventions of
the twentieth century
Be a convenient means of communication. Modern
cell phones perform many other functions, including
Internet access, text messages, music, a watch, and a
camera …..
The effects of using a mobile phone are
of many types ….. Such as
People get serious diseases like
(cancer)

People who talk on the phone for several hours


are 50% more likely to develop brain cancer. The
reason for this is the radio waves produced by cell
phones, regardless of the risk of cancer, cell
phones affect our nervous system.
Physical Effects of Addiction
• Digital eye strain
Pain and discomfort associated with viewing a
digital screen for more than 2 hours.

A) The eyes start to burn and itch.

B) Blurred vision.

C) Eye fatigue.

D) It can cause headaches.


Neck problems.

Which refers to neck pain resulting from looking


down at cell phone or tablet for too long.

Increased disease due to germs.


1 in 6 cell phones have stools.
There is an Escherichia coli bacteria, which can
cause fever and vomiting
• Car accidents.

Many people believe that they can multitask and


use their phones while driving, but this causes
significant impairment and puts the driver and
others on the road in danger.
Psychological Effects of Cell Phone Addiction
• The need to use a mobile phone (smart phone) more
and more in order to achieve the same desired effect.

• Excessive use marked by loss of sense of time.

• Putting a relationship or job at risk due to excessive cell


phone use. And websites on the phone

• When there is no access to a cell phone or the


network, people feel anger, anxiety, depression, tension,
and insomnia .
Conclusion
A mobile phone could both be positive and
negative; depending on how a user uses it. As
mobiles have become a part of our life so we
should use it in a proper way, carefully for our
better hassle-free life rather using it improperly
and making it a virus in life .
